Description
Introduction
It adopts PLC programmable control and man-machine interface to reach 10.1 inch color touch screen operating system. This system can greatly enhance the stability and reaction speed of each action flow.
Inverter motor to drag plastic sheet is accurate, stable and easy to operate.
It has 1000 groups memory functions, could store the production data. It is convenient to call out the data in the next production.
Electric furnace with forward and backward functions (Specially for PET sheet)
Independent secondary vacuum function makes difficult products more easy to shape, improve product quality and reduce scrap rate.
The electric furnace temperature control uses Aoyi intelligent module integrated temperature control system to do one-to-one temperature control
The upper mold is adjusted by air cylinder, accurate, average and stable.
With Silicone oil injection system
Automatic cool air closing function. Chassis replace without disassemble upper, middle and lower brakes assembly
Double-time upper mold function, multiple back blowing demolding function, multiple vibrations vertical demolding function, central pneumatic fine-tuning current limiting device
