Description
Introduction
It adopts PLC programmable control and man-machine interface to reach 10.1 inch color touch screen operating system. This system can greatly enhance the stability and reaction speed of each action flow.
Cylinder lift is used for feeding material, and the supporting weight can reach 200 kg. The feeding sheet is driven by rubber rollers. Two material rods are provided for sheet replacement. Two nozzles are specially set up in the upper sheet area for spraying silicone oil, which is convenient for removing mold.
The electric furnace is made of heat-resistant stainless steel and heating eare is in the upper furnace. Using “JINNAN” 650W heating tile, imported refractory wire, high-frequency porcelain joint, 60 pcs 650w heating tiles on the furnace, maximum power 40KW, using Aoyi 12-way intelligent module Integrated temperature control system, one-to-one temperature control, integrated fault diagnosis to realize fault detection, locate and report all pending faults, significantly improve production efficiency and minimize downtime, data storage 1000 groups, easy data management, electric furnace cylinder Drive, special PET electric furnace reciprocating function, heat PET sheet in a short time and make PET material easier to form. And it is safe and convenient to do mainternance.
The forming length is unlimited within 1220mm, the forming width is 420 ~ 750mm, the mold plate is universal adjustable, the molding height is up to 160mm, and is equipped with vibration demoulding, multiple demoulding blowing and demoulding blowing delay functions. The upper and lower molds are designed as elongated guide sleeves, which are precisely matched with the guide posts, so that the upper and lower molds have high operation accuracy, no shaking and vibration. They are equipped with independent secondary upper molds, upper pressure demoulding and isolation functions. The lower gate and middle gate are designed with fast push-pull type.
The width of the chain rail is adjusted by the motor. The main body of the chain rail is designed as a latch type hard oxygen aluminum profile. The cover plate is made of 304 stainless steel through laser precision processing. The medium plate is made of domestic high-quality 45# steel through precision processing and heat treatment processing. The processing and docking accuracy is high, the friction coefficient is low, and the service life is long. The pulling chain is made of silicon steel sheet, and the driving adopts 3KW servo motor. The required length is input, the sheet dragging is fast and accurate, and the maximum thickness of PP, PS sheet could reach 2.0 mm, PVC, APET and ABS sheet could reach 1.5 mm.
It is equipped with 10 Meiji A-100 water spray heads, 1 set of 5HP water chiller (compressor “Panasonic in Japan”). Besides, there are independent pipe for strong and high-speed water transportation of the die plate, independent pipe for track cooling, independent pipe for water spray with filter, and 2 strong power fans. The air inlet of the fan is designed as an air duct to avoid absorbing circulating hot air.
The finished product collection unit is designed to be electrically movable, which can adjust the sheet position at will. Sheet pressing and cutting and releasing are controlled pneumatically. With the powerful cutting device, the speed can be adjusted freely, the thick sheet can be cut freely. Safety switches are installed on both sides of the cutter.
Vacuum pump, pumping speed 200m3 per hour. The super large capacity design of vacuum pump and vacuum cylinder can meet the demand of instant powerful vacuum release, so that the product can be formed faster and of higher quality.
